Summary of Position:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Network Service Co-ordinator to join our successful team here at Espria. With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, Espria design, install and maintain business telecommunication solutions, document and IT solutions for customers throughout the UK.

Competencies Required:

  • Time Management Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
  • Able to adapt to change
  • Excellent telephone technique and manner.

Experience & Training:

  • An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIP
  • An understanding of Ethernet Technologies desirable
  • An understanding of PBX/Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)
  • Experience using WLR ordering portal.

Duties:

The main objective of the role is to manage the supply of network services to the client, maintaining good relationships and processes with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a smooth transition into Espria.

This includes:

  • Placing and managing Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP and Mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
  • Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
  • Regularly updating customers with fault progress and timescales
  • Ensuring all internal systems are updated with provision changes.
