Documentation & Readiness
Clear documentation and proven readiness are essential to a safe and successful onboarding. Without agreed artefacts, validated controls and documented responsibilities, IT managed services cannot be reliably supported.
Espria treats documentation and readiness as formal onboarding deliverables, not by-products of delivery. Required documents are defined upfront, validated before go-live and used as evidence that services are ready to move into managed, business-as-usual delivery.
The questions below explain what documentation is produced during onboarding, how readiness is tested and validated, and how lessons learned are captured to support continuous improvement.
Each question is answered in detail on its own page, giving you clear visibility into how Espria uses documentation and readiness controls to reduce risk, ensure accountability and provide assurance before services go live.
