VoIP Implementation for our Law Practise Customer

We recently were contacted by a legal firm which is becoming one of the UK’s fastest growing legal practices and have built an innovative business model that has disrupted the staid and steady world of solicitors. However, with that, the desire to remain forward thinking and progressive in their practise, has meant that they needed to address the fundamental issues affecting their telecommunications.
The company’s Issues : Productivity hindered with a lack of communication solutions.
As we have all experienced, the desire for flexibility has impacted all industries and our legal practise client was no exception. With constraints placed on the number of remote workers they could support and the use of VPN for access and with office staff struggling to support remote workers without visibility of their presence and status, the practise’s operational performance was being impeded by a lack of communications solutions that supported them and their clients adequately. The need to support remote workers was imperative in order to effectively run their entire practise. In order to add new users meant significant cost, resource and inconvenience based on their current solutions and with continuing demand for adding many new remote workers each month, reliability of their communications was key
Our solutions : On Premise system with VoIP Support
Transforming their capability to function within the office and remotely was key to our support. Espria implemented the iPECS 600, providing the ultimate flexibility required by the law practise. The iPECS 600 UCP is Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s unified communications platform designed to meet SMB and Enterprise communications needs. As ground breaking innovative platform, iPECS UCP provides an out of the box UC and Mobility solution. In addition, iPECS UCP is scalable for premium UC and will support our customer for future growth. With anytime and anywhere connectivity it allowed mobile communications wherever their team are. Combining that with 55 local VoIP phones the LG- 8021E deployed for all users providing a simple and intuitive feature set and easy remote connection without the need for VPN. We then ensured that each handset was paired with an office-based reception enabling the support that each remote worker needed. Adding in the iPECS IP attendant, provided full onscreen control and presence. By implementing VoIP with the on premise iPECS 600, has allowed our law practise client to not only offer the fluidity in their cooperation’s but also a superb level of customer service for their clients.
