These accolades highlighted an outstanding team performance and innovative approach to delivering solutions to empower digital workspaces across the UK.

Espria also retained their ISO certification; continuing to demonstrate their robust and defined procedures, delivering with quality and transparency in mind, as well as meeting the highest ESG standards (they classified as ESG Excellent in a review by Sustainable Advantage). Espria define their sustainability ambitions using the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Value Creation approach and in 2023 took significant steps to make their supply chain more sustainable and achieve their target of 63% which places them in the top banding of all those reviewed by Sustainable Advantage. With a mission to continue to reduce their environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices, Espria has set themselves a new target score of 83% with a further series of actions to undertake in 2024.

In 2023 Espria also replaced almost all employee laptops and monitors with British Standards Institute (BSI) certified refurbished devices in alignment with their dedication to support a greener future. These devices contribute to their ESG goals by reducing e-waste, carbon emissions, water consumption and also come with the trusted Kitemark™ certification, ensuring quality and consistency. In the short – medium term, Espria will be pushing its current 90% usage rate to 100% to support their sustainability goals.

Finally, Espria continued their successful program of Optimise IT events to empower partners and customers to do more with less. Taking its expertise across the country, Espria hosted three regional events in Newmarket, Doncaster and at London’s Gray’s Inn, plus a morning of webinars. Key strategic partners Sophos, Microsoft, Mimecast, Veeam, Docuware, Pragma, Gamma, Five9 and Xerox presented a variety of new developments and services in security, document solutions, connectivity and automation. The events brought partners and customers together to network and connect with like-minded professionals to discuss cutting-edge insights and emerging trends.

Clinton Groome, Chief Executive Officer at Espria said, “As a leading independent managed service provider, Espria has a rich heritage for supporting business growth and change. For over 25 years, we have designed effective solutions to optimise efficiency, security and operational performance and we are excited to continue building on our successes in 2024.
