Hybrid & Remote Working Support For Our Clients

Managed Print Provider

Nowadays, many of us have both teams working from home and working in the office. We need to ensure that processes and solutions are in place to carry out all operations as efficiently as possible.

One of our manufacturing clients who makes bespoke windows turned to us for support in their printing and document management environment. We were already providing them communications services but, when the pandemic struck, they needed extra help from us.

Their key objectives were to have one company to call both for their print and communications solutions. Their number 1 priority was to streamline their printing operations and reduce the number of invoices they were receiving.

Our client’s challenges : too many invoices & a substandard print customer service

When we first spoke to our client, whilst supporting them with their telecommunications, they had multiple suppliers for their other operations.

There was often confusion about who to call for what service and also the customer service they received from their printing suppliers was substandard.

To make things worse, the print invoicing was highly confusing. They were receiving lease and service invoices from separate companies, doubling the amount of processing.

Their teams were also finding it difficult to manage the flow of invoicing through the business whilst they were working both from home and in the office.

The fact that emails were used to authorise and update invoicing didn’t help either. There was a lot of double-handling in invoicing and a lot of time was wasted.

Our solution : extended client support to cover print requirements

Our client was already benefiting from the simplicity we pride ourselves on – our personal approach and our UK based Client Support team for their communications. We just extended that to cover their print requirements.

Concretely, to support their document solutions, we implemented Document Management. It created the streamlined, efficient document processes they needed regardless of the location of their teams.

Having only one team to call enables our client’s workforce to work efficiently and seamlessly

The result

Our client benefits to a greater extent from having only one number to call. Also, thanks to our Communications and Document Management solutions, their teams can work productively both remotely and in the office.
