JJ Estates – Solving Document Solutions Issues for a Property Company

JJ Estates, a property management company in Essex, were experiencing day-to-day document solutions issues caused by an aging self-managed printer which failed to print to the standards expected. Scanning was also a frustration; taking up valuable time with the growing number of documents requiring processing through a single-sheet scanner which caused inevitable backlog.
Following a rigorous consultation process, Espria recommended a managed solution: a new Xerox MFP providing high quality output at speed, a multi-sheet document feeder and OCR scanning capability to streamline the scanning process which JJ Estates were delighted with.
Subsequently, having established a strong relationship, the customer was now happy to explore further commercially and operationally attractive opportunities.
Espria identified that JJ Estates were experiencing issues with their existing IT provider. Support was limited and they needed help with the management of licences. By engaging the Espria pre-sales team, we were able to gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s existing set-up. This then informed the transition and key requirements to ensure security with robust back-up.
Espria presented a comprehensive proposal, bringing these services under one roof; JJ Estates were empowered to move their Microsoft Licences and Managed IT Support to Espria. By implementing these recommendations JJ Estates enjoyed 100% uptime from the printer, coupled with very quick resolution to any tickets raised with IT support.
Following a further business review, it became apparent that JJ Estates were experiencing difficulties with their phone system which did not support hybrid working or promote their brand. The system made it difficult to effectively handle incoming calls and create hunt groups, resulting in a poor customer experience.
Espria were able to assist with building a cloud-based solution featuring a browser interface, suitable for laptops and mobile phones, so that no call would ever be missed and calls could be transferred between agents, wherever they were. With simple administration of the system, through a self-serve portal, anyone on leave or unavailable could quickly and easily change the hunt groups for a seamless customer experience.
“I would like to commend you on the way you carry out your work. You have been very clear on all the services that you offer and made me feel at ease on issues that my company may have concerns with. I would like to thank you for reaching out to us and so far have we been very pleased with the services Espria have been supplying my company with.” – Sonia Johal, Manager, JJ Estates Limited
