Connectivity Co-Ordinator
Location: Romsey, Winchester Hill, Southampton
Salary: £22,000 + dependant on experience.
Summary of Position:
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Connectivity Co-ordinator to join our successful team here at Espria. With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, Espria design, install and maintain business telecommunication solutions, document solutions and IT support for customers throughout the UK.
Duties:
The main objective of the role is to manage the supply of network services to the client and maintain good relationships and process with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a smooth transition into Espria and excellent ongoing service support
This includes,
- Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
- Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
- Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
- Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes
- Managing escalations with our partners
- Working with internal teams to ensure completion of work in progress files

Experience & Training:
- An understanding of PSTN, ISDN, Broadband, SIP & Ethernet Technologies.
- An understanding of PBX / Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)
- Experience using WLR ordering portal
